Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative full-time Chef De Partie who wants to join a fantastic kitchen team at our vibrant central London Bar & Restaurant.

Working Hours: Flexibility is key – weekday and weekend availability with day and evening shifts required.

Location: NW1 2AJ.

Employment Type: Full time Permanent.

Salary: £16.48 per hour (£33,421 per annum) + monthly service charge.

Eligibility: Must already have eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
  • Passion for producing food to the highest quality.
  • Team‑player with creative ideas for menus and trialing them.

Duties

  • Carry out preparatory work for creating dishes.
  • Help train and support Commis Chefs and Demi Chef De Parties.
  • Assist the team in preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to required standards.
  • Help prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time.
