We are an energetic company with restaurants in the USA, Italy and London. We are keen on our high-quality food and great efficient and friendly service. At 'Pulia', we are currently looking for an eager and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our passionate and friendly team on a permanent basis to start immediately.

Overseen by our General Manager, our ideal candidate would have previous experience in a busy and fast-paced environment. Your experience working in a fast-paced environment will be put to the test at your trial stage. We expect you to be flexible with availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday. We also expect you to take full ownership of your role.

We can offer a very competitive salary and tips, as well as providing constant training and career development.
