We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced person who can help with dealings in regards to payroll, disciplinary, termination of employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll for all employees and members of the company
- Develop policies and make sure they are compliant with the UK Law
- Ensure employee concerns are heard and passed to the necessary supervisor, ensuring fair treatment and legal procedures
- Handle disciplinary issues, ensuring fairness and correct treatment and follow procedures
- Update policies of the company if they require updating
Qualifications
- Proven experience as HR
- Up to date knowledge of UK Policies
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Problem solving skills
- Must have integrity and empathy
- Able to make the right decisions no matter the situation
