A vacancy has arisen for an Allocations Supervisor to work at our Bourton-on-the-Water depot, as part of the operational team. The successful candidate will allocate work and vehicles to drivers, manage holiday and sickness cover, arrange cover for training courses and appointments, prepare and send out work tickets and manage related administrative tasks.
Importantly, the role requires allocating work in a financially efficient manner while recognising drivers' work patterns and vehicle allocations to improve driver satisfaction. This position directly impacts our operation's efficiency in terms of paid hours and miles operated, and requires an eye for detail and the ability to see how things fit together to maximise productivity.
There is an element of weekend on-call availability, with occasional driving required when the business is at its busiest. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 12th May 2026.
