The Opportunity
Working closely with the Global Brand teams, this role is responsible for developing and executing the full marketing strategy, driving ambitious growth for both well known and new skincare brands within our portfolio.
What you'll get to do
- Develop and lead the marketing and communications strategy for the UK affiliate
- Present the yearly strategy to partners and activation plans
- Direct partner to head of functions within global brand marketing, PR communications, VM, product development, Go to Market, Ecomm and CRM
- Lead the UK awareness framework for all brands
- Co-develop communications strategy and oversee its implementation, working closely with global PR leadership to align
- Lead and negotiate all strategic Brand Ambassador activities in the UK
- Participate with UK press on international PR events
- Develop the Customer Experience framework in the UK
- Support Global teams on the development of Trade Marketing 360 tools
- Liaise with wider team and finance on the marketing budget, providing regular analysis, recommendations and forecasts
