The Senior Education Manager for Penhaligon's is responsible for delivering product and service training that supports the talent and capabilities of our retail teams / brand ambassadors, delivering training and side-by-side coaching; ensuring excellence, best-in-class customer experience and optimum productivity.
What you'll get to do:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product knowledge, people and sales training programs for the sales team.
- Support managers and teams in applying the practical and commercial application of our Service Ceremony and Steps, ensuring consistency and best practice.
- Delivery of workshops on a range of topics, with a particular focus on service, product and storytelling.
- Provide exceptional coaching and training to others through hands-on demonstration, team selling, and coaching.
- Coordinate and deliver induction and training programs as defined by Global Brand Education teams.
- Ensure consistency and best practice on key services.
- Use all available tools to support training practices, including Brand Experience app, DtC report and KPIs.
- Work with managers to utilize on-the-job opportunities to develop service skills within their teams, e.g., training tools, on-site training; identify strengths and development areas for the B.As and implement training solutions accordingly.
- Implement new education initiatives on the shop floor and ensure these are utilized to their best effect by the Brand Ambassadors.
- Work in close collaboration with the Global Brand Education teams to ensure global consistency of the Education model and that education materials are updated in line with brand changes and product lines.
- Evaluate training and track against relevant KPIs to ensure improvements and team satisfaction.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the PUIG B.A education conference.
- Be an ambassador and point of excellence for our group and brand values, championing best practice, diversity, and inclusion.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team on best practices and techniques.
- Educate customers about the brand's philosophy, ingredients, and fragrance stories.
