In this role you will join Puig’s Niche & Wellness Brands Digital Hub based in London, with a fast-growing presence globally and inspiring team of leaders, as Senior Ecommerce Manager on a 12 month fixed- term contract.

You will be at the forefront of shaping the Digital businesses for Kama Ayurveda (UK and RoW) and Loto Del Sur (Chile/Mexico), two dynamic, recently re-launched brands with bold ambitions. You will lead all online trade activities to drive commercial performance and growth, while embracing a start-up mindset that thrives on experimentation, innovation and agility.

You will report to the Ecommerce Director and have two direct reports. Additionally, you will have access to a ‘shared services’ team of 20 people who will help, support and guide on the 360 strategy. All sitting as part of a wider team of 50 consumer obsessed individuals! You will work closely with the tech team in Barcelona and with the brand teams in Paris.

You will need to be an energetic, digitally native professional with a start-up mindset – focused on achieving sales targets, increasing ROI, and delivering exceptional user experiences. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that touches every part of the digital journey.

The Opportunity

What you'll get to do
  • Define and drive Ecommerce strategy, aligning it with business aspirations, brand marketing plan and consumer insights.
  • Manage and optimise Ecommerce P&L together with the Ecommerce Director.
  • Deliver revenue and KPI targets against budget and ensuring these are met in line with marketing investment.
  • Oversee Trading Calendar and support on tactical opportunities to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Ensure best-in-class on-site visual merchandising standards are maintained with maximum product exposure across the website and marketing channels.
  • Act as an internal entrepreneur: identify new business, spot gaps, propose solutions and take ownership of initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture across all initiatives, championing rapid experimentation.
  • Spearhead innovation through development roadmap. Key business stakeholder for enhancements and improvements, influencing and advising on the digital product, A/B testing and insights roadmap whilst ensuring a consistent, optimised experience across all platforms and improving consumer satisfaction.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance the consumer experience and create immersive brand engagement and frictionless shopping.
  • Hold in-depth knowledge of tools and systems, providing requirements to the tech teams to develop them and achieve results.
  • Lead on SEO initiatives, refining the user experience and capitalising on organic search opportunities.
  • Implement continuous reporting and analysis on KPIs and leverage data to inform smarter choices and develop new initiatives.
  • Understand the consumer at a channel level and their end-to-end buying cycles in order to ‘problem solve’ and address necessary barriers to purchase.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools.
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • A dynamic and results-driven self-starter with a builder’s mentality – you’re energised by launching new initiatives and scaling them sustainably.
  • 6+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the Beauty/Skincare industry.
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth brands is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluent verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work proactively and effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent project management, organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
  • A collaborative, passionate and hands-on cross-functional team player.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience of Google Analytics and ContentSquare are highly desirable.
