As the Retail Designer, you will be responsible for developing both creative and technical retail designs for our esteemed brands, including Penhaligon's, Kama Ayurveda, and Loto Del Sur. Your focus will be on stand-alone stores, wholesale, and travel retail points of sale. This involves producing original concepts as well as developing and evolving our current layouts.
The Opportunity
As the Retail Designer, you will be responsible for developing creative and technical retail designs for our brands, focusing on stand-alone stores, wholesale, and travel retail points of sale. Your role includes creating original concepts and refining existing layouts.
What you'll get to do
- Develop designs for stand-alone stores, wholesale, and travel retail shop-in-shop spaces and counters.
- Manage different stages of the design process, from concept creation through detail development, technical execution, sample finishes approval, and quality control.
- Liaise with the in-house Project Management team and external designers and agencies, providing all necessary information for store execution.
- Provide the Visual Design teams with tools and a consistent design vision for alignment and creation of appropriate assortment and VM solutions.
- Create technical guidelines for store implementation.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on retail and wholesale briefs.
- Ensure designs reflect business needs.
- Stay updated on retail design trends within the industry.
