As the Retail Designer, you will be responsible for developing both creative and technical retail designs for our esteemed brands, including Penhaligon\’s, Kama Ayurveda, and Loto Del Sur. Your focus will be on stand-alone stores, wholesale, and travel retail points of sale. This involves producing original concepts as well as developing and evolving current layouts.

The Opportunity

Develop innovative retail designs for our brands, focusing on stand-alone stores, wholesale, and travel retail points of sale, from concept to execution.

What you\’ll get to do

• Design for stand-alone stores, wholesale, and travel retail shop-in-shop spaces and counters.
• Manage all stages of the design process, including concept creation, detail development, technical execution, sample finishes approval, and quality control.
• Coordinate with in-house project management, external designers, and agencies, providing necessary information to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide Visual Design teams with tools and a consistent design vision for assortment and VM solutions.
• Create technical guidelines for store execution.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on retail and wholesale briefs.
• Ensure designs align with business needs and reflect current retail trends.

• Retail design experience in the Beauty, Luxury, or Consumer industries.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating all design stages.
• High creativity and ability to develop original design concepts.
• A good eye for layout and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in sketching and hand drawing.
• Knowledge of relevant materials and construction methods.
• Understanding of millwork standards, details, and techniques.
