The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating Puig's UK e-tail performance across key partners, strengthening every step of the online funnel – from visibility and product storytelling through to conversion and repeat purchase. You will co-create and execute impactful, commercial plans, delivering launches, campaigns, and promotional activity that drive dotcom sales and margin across Puig's prestige, niche and skincare & wellness brand portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing, Media, CRM and global brand teams to ensure consistent brand excellence online, while making agile, data-led decisions to optimise performance and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and execute the UK trading calendar with Key Account Managers, including launches, campaigns, and promotional activity to tie together context for weekly performances.
- Monitor product performance, conversion, and customer behaviour, making agile decisions to maximise future sales.
- Manage changes to site content, navigation, and landing pages to support trading and performance goals.
- Execute UK campaign rollouts in line with global brand direction and local commercial priorities.
- Ensure product storytelling and onsite content align with brand tone, aesthetic, and guidelines across prestige, niche, and skincare & wellness brands.
- Optimise onsite journeys to support conversion, premium positioning, and consistent brand experience.
- Partner closely with KAMs to deliver retailer execution, align priorities, and support retail partner-facing initiatives.
- Act as a key stakeholder with internal teams (Marketing, Media, CRM, Supply, Finance), ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Coordinate global-to-local execution, ensuring local market needs are met while protecting global brand standards.
- Support CRM initiatives by integrating onsite touchpoints with email, sampling, and loyalty strategies.
- Collaborate with CRM and Media teams to connect onsite experiences with customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Act as a collaborative, passionate, and hands-on cross functional team player, contributing positivity to team culture and performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop two E-tail graduates, fostering growth and building future leadership capabilities.
- Streamline workload contents for the graduates in the team.
What we’d love to meet you if you have
- Strong experience in e-tail, e-retail, digital trading, ideally within Prestige and Niche environments.
- Proven ability to manage performance against commercial KPIs (e.g. sales, conversion, margin, onsite engagement).
- Hands-on experience briefing and delivering onsite changes (content, navigation, landing pages) and campaign rollouts.
- Experience working closely with KAMs and retail partners to deliver commercial objectives.
- Line manager experience.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to prioritise actions and make agile decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally, and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Agile, innovative, and digitally curious, with a passion for driving growth and fostering strong relationships.
