Puig is seeking a CRM Manager to lead, develop and optimise our omnichannel CRM strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, Whats App and clienteling.

You will own the communications calendar and drive engagement, loyalty and revenue.

Reporting to the Head of CRM & Loyalty, you will shape retention initiatives and work with Brand, Digital, Retail and Data teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.

You will line-manage two direct reports and contribute to growth in a fast-paced environment.
