HR Senior Business Partner – Puig UK

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to co‑create and execute strategic people plans aligned to business objectives.
- Advisory partner to the management team on all HR matters – talent engagement, organisational design, change management, and employee experience.
- Lead the generalist team in delivering day‑to‑day advice on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, maternity/paternity leave and flexible working.
- Drive the implementation of policy changes and legal compliance across the UK.
- Champion wellbeing, sustainability and DEIB initiatives and create a Joy of Belonging culture.
- Analyse people data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities and influence business decisions.
- Represent Puig in UK and EMEA people projects and act as deputy for the HR Director when appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
- UK employment law and HRBP expertise – CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Experience managing a team of HR Advisors or Business Partners.
- Strategic thinker with commercial mindset and strong stakeholder partnership skills.
- Proven ability to influence, challenge and add value to senior leaders.
- Strong project management, communication and data‑driven decision making.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, systems and analytics.
