This is a senior leadership role within Puig’s Commercial function, serving as a role model for the organisation both internally and externally. A key aspect of the role involves leading a team of four, overseeing brand activations across all Puig brands in collaboration with retail partners. Additionally, the role will drive the development and expansion of Virtual Point of Purchase (VPP) initiatives and strengthen Puig’s presence with key eRetail customers, accelerating growth and enhancing customer engagement across digital platforms.

Profile description: What you'll get to do

• Lead the strategy and execution of Puig’s e-tail framework to drive growth with key UK partners.
• Own the e-tail roadmap, calendar, and KPIs to achieve UK VMS goals, ensuring brand visibility and performance.
• Define e-retail KPIs per brand (e.g., share of space, imagery, environment) and align with global guidelines.
• Anticipate trends, explore new retail tools, and evaluate emerging digital experiences.
• Enhance online visibility and support brand-aligned initiatives for a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Collaborate with KAMs on co-op negotiations and retailer tool investments, leading innovative brand executions.
• Drive retail media expansion with marketing teams, leveraging retailer platforms and testing new approaches.
• Manage digital marketing with retailers (Google Ads, paid social, shopping campaigns).
• Act as the main contact for retailers’ online marketing teams to maximise visibility and conversions.
• Lead initiatives for ratings & reviews, CRM, and social media integration.
• Oversee monthly performance reporting to drive insights and conversion improvements.
• Support the Senior Ecommerce KAM in managing global brand relationships and requests.
• Partner cross-functionally with the Media Team on retail media campaigns across key retailers.
• Lead strategic direction and account development with key PP partners.
• Support key account management to deliver brand objectives through KPI alignment by retail partner.
• Act as senior commercial contact, collaborating with KAMs, Finance, and Marketing.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Inspire and align the team with business vision and goals.
• Partner closely with Marketing to develop tools that accelerate success with key partners.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to drive retail excellence.
• Enhance brand positioning and leverage brand strengths in negotiations.

• Proven track record of success in leadership roles.
• Previous experience having responsibility for budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales, and implement effective strategies.

• Team management experience with a focus on performance and long-term career development.
