The Opportunity... The Education Manager for prestige portfolio (Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera) is responsible for elevating retail performance and customer experience across Puig UK&I through the delivery of impactful education, onboarding, and digital learning initiatives. This role ensures that training translates into confident in-store behaviours, strong brand advocacy, and measurable improvements in customer experience and retail KPIs.
Key Responsibilities...
- Deliver training programmes that align with brand priorities, commercial goals, and the marketing calendar.
- Run engaging in-person and virtual sessions to build product expertise, selling confidence, and elevated service behaviours.
- Support retailer events including conferences and roadshows, focusing on product storytelling and sales techniques.
- Develop Retail Manager capability through practical coaching and leadership training.
- Create and maintain digital learning content across Puig’s education platforms, ensuring alignment with UK priorities and global direction.
- Manage the Brand Experience platform including content deployment, communication, and learner engagement.
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and participation.
- Drive engagement initiatives to strengthen learning culture.
- Lead the onboarding journey for multi-brand Ambassadors, acting as a key point of contact.
- Deliver quarterly onboarding programmes to introduce new starters to Puig, its brands, and service standards.
- Reinforce learning through follow-up, action planning, and in-store behavioural support.
- Execute Customer Experience Survey activity to support continuous improvement across UK&I.
- Translate insights into action for Regional Managers and field teams.
- Identify opportunities to elevate service and retail capability through insight-led education.
- Ensure training tools and materials are planned, available, and effectively used.
- Maintain high standards of organisation across all education activity.
- Champion Puig values in all interactions and ways of working.
We'd love to meet you if you have...
- 2–3 years’ experience in an education, training, or similar role, ideally within beauty, luxury, or retail.
- Strong ability to deliver informative, engaging, and inspiring training experiences in both formal and informal settings.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the beauty industry across multiple categories.
- Strong planning, organisation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confident in analysing results, identifying insights, and turning them into clear actions that support field performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Good working knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
- Strong understanding of digital learning tools, communication platforms, and learner engagement methods.
- Experience using LMS platforms and managing digital learning content.
- Experience creating digital learning content, including video and e-learning assets.
- Knowledge of Rise 360 and Articulate 360.
- Understanding of social media platforms and how digital trends can support education engagement and content development.
