You will co‑create and execute impactful, commercial plans, delivering launches, campaigns, and promotional activity that drive dotcom sales and margin across Puig’s prestige, niche and skincare & wellness brand portfolio. You will work cross‑functionally with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing, Media, CRM and global brand teams to ensure consistent brand excellence online, while making agile, data‑led decisions to optimise performance and improve the end‑to‑end customer experience.
What you'll get to do:
- Co‑create and execute the UK trading calendar with Key Account Managers, including launches, campaigns, and promotional activity to tie together context for weekly performances.
- Monitor product performance, conversion, and customer behaviour, making agile decisions to maximise future sales.
- Manage changes to site content, navigation, and landing pages to support trading and performance goals.
- Execute UK campaign rollouts in line with global brand direction and local commercial priorities.
- Ensure product storytelling and onsite content align with brand tone, aesthetic, and guidelines across prestige, niche, and skincare & wellness brands.
- Optimise onsite journeys to support conversion, premium positioning, and consistent brand experience.
- Partner closely with KAMs to deliver retailer execution, align priorities, and support retail partner‑facing initiatives.
- Act as a key stakeholder with internal teams (Marketing, Media, CRM, Supply, Finance), ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Coordinate global‑to‑local execution, ensuring local market needs are met while protecting global brand standards.
- Support CRM initiatives by integrating onsite touchpoints with email, sampling, and loyalty strategies.
- Collaborate with CRM and Media teams to connect onsite experiences with customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Act as a collaborative, passionate, and hands‑on cross‑functional team player, contributing positivity to team culture and performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop two E‑tail graduates, fostering growth and building future leadership capabilities.
- Streamline workload contents for the graduates in the team.
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- Strong experience in e‑tail, e‑retail, digital trading, ideally within Prestige and Niche environments.
- Proven ability to manage performance against commercial KPIs (e.g. sales, conversion, margin, onsite engagement).
- Hands‑on experience briefing and delivering onsite changes (content, navigation, landing pages) and campaign rollouts.
- Experience working closely with KAMs and retail partners to deliver commercial objectives.
- Line manager experience.
- Analytical and data‑driven, able to prioritise actions and make agile decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work cross‑functionally, and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Agile, innovative, and digitally curious, with a passion for driving growth and fostering strong relationships.
A few things you'll love about us:
- An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.
- A range of learning and development opportunities.
- An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow.
