The Opportunity
We are looking for a Social Media Graduate to support the day-to-day delivery of Dr.
Barbara Sturm’s social media presence across all owned channels.
Working closely with the Assistant Social Media & Community Manager, you will support content creation and coordination, editing, scheduling and publishing across platforms including Instagram and Tik Tok.
This is an opportunity for a true digital native with a creative, detail-oriented eye to gain hands-on experience across content creation, campaign execution and channel management within a luxury, science-led skincare brand.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for skincare, a strong understanding of what makes content engaging on Tik Tok and Instagram, and a natural curiosity for emerging trends and social behaviours.
What you'll get to do
Create planned and reactive social-first content in native, engaging formats that align with Dr.
Barbara Sturm's brand identity, as well as relevant trends and cultural moments.
- Edit short-form video content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and You Tube Shorts using light-touch, social-native editing tools and techniques.
- Design engaging social-first graphic assets, adapting content for different platforms and formats in line with the Dr.
Barbara Sturm visual identity.
- Craft engaging, optimised social-first copy for all formats, ensuring it is accurate and aligned with the Dr.
Barbara Sturm brand ethos and tone of voice.
- Coordinate all written and visual assets for content approvals and scheduling requirements to ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Ensure all content is accurately formatted, scheduled, and published in line with the social media calendar.
- Maintain and update channel assets, including cover photos, banners, profile information, link-in-bio tools, and social commerce features.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Assistant Social Media & Community Manager across social media planning, content creation, and channel management.
- Support social media campaigns, launches, activations, performance tracking, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Contribute creative ideas for content, staying up to date with emerging trends, content formats, platform features, and audience behaviours.
