The Opportunity
We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Communications Graduate for a 2 year scheme to support the PR team and day-to-day running of a busy environment. This position is ideal for those who have a passion for fashion and beauty and are looking to expand their career in the luxury communications sector.
What you'll get to do
- Report into the Senior Communications Manager, with a dotted line to the other team members
- Support the team in the day-to-day running of accounts and execution of PR plans
- Build relationships with beauty, wellness and lifestyle print and digital media, as well as influencers/MUA’s
- Research editorial opportunities and proactively pitch ideas to media and create e-blasts
- Compile and oversee all coverage and monthly campaign reporting
- Drive and manage the ‘always on’ PR calendar, updating and highlighting pitch opportunities
- Compile written assets including press materials, e-blasts and pitches
- Execute product and creative mailers in line with brand PR calendars
- Support in all general office administration duties i.e. product ordering, courier booking, database updating, general press office organization
- Take part in key monitoring of KPIs relating to social campaigns, using in-house monitoring tools
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Entry level experience in Communications/Digital Marketing sphere (preferred to have previous experience working within a beauty brand within PR/marketing)
- Good attention to detail and take initiative, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MMI, Lefty platforms
