The Opportunity

We have an amazing opportunity for a Client Advisor for our Seven Dials store. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive. You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Byredo, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. As the Client Advisor you will increase the brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

  • Ideally, experience in luxury retail, but most importantly, a passion for fragrance and the desire to learn about the art of perfumery
  • Excellent customer service skills, and a dedication to providing the highest level of service at all times
