The Opportunity
BYREDO is seeking a part-time client advisor to drive sales and service by providing an exceptional client experience, engage in clienteling, and assist with the operations of the store. Serve customers with respect through storytelling and product knowledge while collaborating with team members and supporting management in operational duties.

What you’ll get to do
SALES
- Is constantly up-to-date regarding market trends, knows and monitors competition.
- Manages sales and optimizes each step of the sales process: adopts the Byredo client experience and selling ceremony.
- Welcomes and recognizes regular customers.
- Knows the customer’s needs, both expressed and hidden, and places the client at the center; presents and adds value to the product range.
- Describes and recommends product offers.
- Checks customer requirements while the product is being tried and responds to any further requests.
- Promotes cross-selling and additional sales, is driven to exceed KPI objectives, ensuring the highest quality of sales and client experience.
- Ensures customer loyalty by collecting customer information through the appropriate tools; accompanies the customer to the cash counter, prepares packaging, and manages payment.
- Participates in regular store meetings and contributes to the retail action plan.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND CRM
- Captures customer data into the company’s CRM tool to connect with clients and maintain a personalized relationship.
- Creates and consults the customer’s profile, uses the CRM tool to connect with clients and build a long-term relationship.
- Manages customers’ portfolios through one-to-one clienteling activities, proactively or via company campaigns, and ensures after-sale service aligns with brand standards.
- Takes advantage of all store contacts to promote the Brand and Product.
- Conveys customer information to management and follows up on requests. Hosts appointments for makeup consultations.
PRODUCT
- Takes part in all in-store product presentations across categories.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of all products in the assigned range and stays up-to-date on the entire store product range.
- Ensures correct management (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.) of products in the store.
VISUAL SET-UP
- Maintains product displays in excellent condition according to company guidelines and notes any corrections to increase sales.
STOCKROOM
- Knows available products in stock to maximize sales.
- Helps in receiving stock and maintains the stockroom to standards.
- Participates in stock takes by category as needed.
THEFTS / LOSSES
- Maintains a position to prevent theft and coordinates with colleagues as needed.
- Promptly informs supervisor of any loss.

Compensation
As required by Massachusetts State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $20.00 – $22.00/ per hr. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, Puig offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, hybrid work environment, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
