We have an opportunity for a Brand Executive to work alongside our Marketing & Sell-through Manager across our Niche brands: L'Artisan Parfumeur, Christian Louboutin Beauty and Dries van Noten. The Brand Executive role is responsible for the implementation of marketing campaigns, retail activations and press and PR events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing & Sell-through Manager in executing local marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Global Marketing team to receive the latest marketing calendar and campaign briefs.
  • Contribute to the development of 360° global campaign concepts, creating activations that draw traffic, enhance selling tools, and engage customers through events and interactive experiences.
  • Develop tailored marketing calendars for each store, aligned with the Global Marketing Calendar, including own store and partner locations.
  • Plan and manage in-store promotional materials, including creating briefs, coordinating distribution, and overseeing delivery of marketing assets.
  • Maintain cross-functional communication with various stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Oversee campaign schedules to ensure all stores receive materials on time.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all sites adhere to campaign guidelines.
  • Keep informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and adapt based on results.
  • Support with the organisation and attendance at press & PR events.
  • Ad-hoc administrative support as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail or beauty.
  • Understanding of branding principles and brand guidelines to act as a "brand guardian."
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and report back on results.
  • Familiarity with marketing collateral production and an understanding of retail store marketing requirements (e.g., POS, merchandising, display materials).
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing practices to inform campaign strategies.
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Sensitivity to luxury and good attention to detail.
