This is a temporary fixed-term contract for 12 months. The role is based at the Boutique & Spa in London, delivering skincare and wellness services, achieving sales targets, and providing luxury customer experiences.

What you\’ll get to do

  • Examine and analyse client\’s skin to evaluate skin conditions and provide recommendations.
  • Confidently offer and conduct consultations and Dr Sturm facial treatments for all customers, including VIPs.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Recommend and sell all products.
  • Participate in and help organise store events to promote brand image and awareness.
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment.

  • Facial therapist experience within luxury skincare.
  • Retail and Spa experience in a beauty environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of beauty products.
  • Body massage experience.
  • Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide genuine personalised treatments, as well as recommend and sell products.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrates professional treatment consultation and application.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Full flexibility of hours, including early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
