The OpportunityThe Product Marketing Assistant Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end product development, from creative and olfactive concept development to launch, and ensure a relevant and innovative product portfolio in line with the Brand vision.
This is a temporary fixed‑term contract for 12 months.
What you'll get to do Product Management- Contribute to the development of 3-year marketing plans and a long-term portfolio vision aligned with brand objectives.
- Assist in shaping the category strategy for Gifting, Key Occasions and Market Exclusives, including product development and go-to-market execution.
- Support the planning and execution of brand collaboration projects.
- Conduct competitive landscape analyses to identify growth opportunities across key product categories.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Perfumery and Packaging teams to drive innovative and timely product development.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, and Supply & Demand Planning teams to ensure operational alignment and excellence.
- Work with Business Development and local Market teams to understand local needs for exclusive products and programmes.
- Partner with the Head of Product Marketing to engage with regional teams and ensure consistent global implementation of brand initiatives.
- Support ongoing analysis and optimisation of the product catalogue, including performance reviews of both core and newly launched products to inform launch and discontinuation strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of NPD (New Product Development) Launch Reports in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Monitor market pricing trends, maintain competitor pricing ladders, and support the development of a robust global pricing strategy.
- Assist in preparing regular market update reports to ensure transparent communication of project progress and timelines across all stakeholders.
- Assist in design development for NPD projects across key categories, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CNP, Packaging, Perfumery, Legal, etc.) to safeguard project timelines and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with design agencies to ensure on‑time delivery of creative assets (concepts, prototypes, and final artworks).
- Collaborate with the Content team to ensure consistency and alignment in product storytelling across channels.
- Provide all necessary product and brand information to Perfumery and Education teams to support successful launches and in‑store activations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 3–5 years of proven project management experience with retail products, preferably in the health and beauty sector
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience working in a cross‑functional environment
- Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with strong time management
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and manage ambiguity
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and delivering practical solutions through teamwork
Highly creative, with the ability to develop product concepts from scratch and bring them to life.
