Overview
We are looking for a full-time team leader to join our Piazza team for Penhaligon’s. The Team Leader will assist the management team and can assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. The role includes overseeing all team members, merchandise and customer service elements, achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and building highly motivated teams. You will support multiple stores across the region.
Responsibilities
- Analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
- Continuously motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
- Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service
- Assist in the management of the client database and utilise information to increase sales and client contact
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
- Support and assist in team member training
- Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in areas of staffing levels, risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management
- Assist in all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a niche fragrance, beauty or luxury environment
- Experience as a Senior specialist or Team Leader
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
