The Opportunity

To support with the execution, optimisation, and performance of the ecommerce website, owning trading activity, promotions, site merchandising, and product contribution. The Ecommerce Executive ensures campaigns are delivered end-to-end, the site is commercially optimised, and trading performance is continuously analysed to drive growth and improve user experience.

The right candidate should demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, delivering high-impact tasks efficiently across multiple projects. They should be collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, and be detail-oriented and analytical, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements. This is a fixed-term contract for one year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, build, testing, and execution of promotions, campaigns, and site content, owning delivery from brief through post-campaign analysis, and ensuring all online content is accurate, timely, and aligned to trading priorities.
  • Own trading performance across campaigns, with a strong focus on stock availability, demand, and out-of-stock (OOS) management.
  • Proactively identify and manage trading risks, escalating issues around stock, demand, or site performance where required.
  • Share clear trading and promotional updates with the wider Digital Team to ensure alignment and readiness.
  • Act as the go-to contact for content and campaigns queries from Brand, CRM, Media, and Digital teams, partnering closely to coordinate inputs and ensure campaigns are fully supported by site setup, stock availability, and trading priorities.
  • Own and manage the promo bible and marketing calendar, clearly communicating upcoming activity to the wider team.
  • Lead and own product contribution, ensuring all products are live with accurate content, pricing, imagery, categorisation, and stock status.
  • Build, maintain, and optimise site content to support trading priorities, promotions, and key campaigns.
  • Own site merchandising decisions, adjusting product visibility based on stock levels, trading performance, and availability.
  • Actively manage out-of-stock products, pushing OOS lines down the page and prioritising bestsellers and key lines.
  • Manage stock-led initiatives including bestsellers, GWP activity, and availability-driven merchandising decisions.
  • Conduct regular site walks to ensure accuracy across content, navigation, merchandising, and checkout journeys.
  • Lead the execution of product launches, validating assets, pricing, stock, merchandising setup, and end-to-end site testing.
  • Own ticket management across site updates and deployments, raising, testing, and resolving issues in partnership with internal teams and external providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Customer Service, resolving queries related to site performance, stock availability, promotions, and technical issues.

Reporting & Insight

  • Own reporting and analysis across stock levels, OOS performance, and availability-driven trading impacts.
  • Track and report on site tickets, deployments, and fixes, sharing insights on root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor daily sales versus stock performance, using insights to inform merchandising and trading actions.
  • Deliver post-campaign and post-deployment analysis, translating performance data into clear learnings and actions to improve future execution.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
