The Opportunity

We have an exciting role as Brand Ambassador to join our Skincare and Wellness brands in Harrods London. The position is full‑time (37.5 hrs per week) and involves promoting our brands, meeting sales targets, delivering a unique customer experience, and building brand awareness and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets while promoting Puig brands at Harrods.
  • Deliver a unique, personalized experience to every customer.
  • Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain the standards and expectations of the store group retailer.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a one‑to‑one sales environment, ideally within fragrance, beauty or luxury.
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving personal goals.
  • Genuine love of people, relationships and sharing.
  • Knowledge of industry and market trends.
