The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a senior commercial leader to be responsible for accelerating our growth across our High Street and Independent channels to join our Commercial team for the PUIG UK Market. As Head of High Street channels, this role acts as a role model both internally and externally and builds strong retailer partnerships to grow brands and outperform competitors.
What you’ll get to do:
- Build and maintain high‑impact relationships with key retailers, including direct management of Superdrug.
- Lead channel strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Retail, Education, VM, Finance, and Supply teams, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
- Oversee full P&L, making strategic, profitable choices and evaluating new commercial opportunities.
- Manage strategic planning, including retail and wholesale targets, JBP creation, trade marketing, and activity plans.
- Drive execution of launches, NPD, and cross‑functional projects to maximise sell‑in and sell‑out.
- Leverage data and analytics to shape commercial plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Champion Retail Excellence, setting KPIs and supporting CPS decision‑making from a commercial perspective.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous development.
- Act as senior contact for buyers, merchandising, retail, and eCommerce teams, ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting, budgeting, trading terms, and stock management.
- Deputise for the Commercial Director when required.
