The Opportunity:

We have an exciting role as Fragrance Consultant to join our Wellington St Covent Garden team. The working schedule is based on a full‑time schedule of 5 days per week (37.5 hrs) Monday – Sunday inclusive. A Puig Retail Fragrance Consultant achieves sales targets whilst promoting our brands by delivering a unique experience to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will develop and increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, whilst maintaining the standards and expectations of the store group retailer you will be based.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a unique fragrance experience to customers.
• Meet sales targets for Puig brands.
• Build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Maintain store standards and expectations.
• Anticipate and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience within a one‑to‑one sales environment, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving personal goals.
• Genuine love of people, relationships and sharing.
• A keen interest in industry and market trends.
• Passion for our products and our brand.
