The Opportunity: To create unforgettable experiences and build community that go beyond skincare and foster genuine, lasting relationships with our most valued clients. The Senior Manager for VIP brings the brand to life through bespoke service, exclusive events, and meaningful partnerships, blending insight, creativity, and connection to deepen loyalty and elevate the brand’s presence in the world of luxury. This is a fixed‑term Maternity cover for 12 months.
What you'll get to do:
- Managing events, brand partnerships and internal processes
- Maintain existing and create new long‑term relationships to drive retention, advocacy, and incremental revenue business opportunities
- End‑to‑end event planning (sourcing suppliers, coordinating internal stakeholders and external brands, stock management, RSVP management, attending the event and post‑event deck for internal use)
- Involves some international travel, requires flexibility
- Act as senior point of contact for UHNW private clients, key opinion leaders
- Manage internal processes (NPD marketing plans, CRM, partnership tracker, operational and financial trackers)
- Work closely with Director to lead and evolve the VIC program
- Partner with retail, digital, marketing, product and wholesale spa teams to ensure seamless, elevated client journeys
- Set service standards and train teams in luxury client engagement and discretion
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in VIC relations, luxury brand management, hospitality, or concierge services
- Proven track record of building and managing UHNW client relationships with discretion and emotional intelligence
- Strong experience creating and executing exclusive events, private experiences, and high‑touch activations
- Demonstrated success developing strategic partnerships with luxury, lifestyle, wellness, or cultural brands
- Deep understanding of luxury skincare, beauty, or adjacent categories, with a strong sense of trends and client expectations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; confident working with senior stakeholders and high‑profile clients
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution — comfortable moving between big‑picture planning and day‑to‑day details
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Passion for luxury, beauty, and delivering standout experiences that feel personal and authentic
- Curiosity about science & passionate about our brand
- Experience working closely with a founder preferable, but not essential
