The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Global Retail Operations Project Manager to help bring retail initiatives to life across diverse markets. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate and plan store openings, renovations, and operational projects—working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and meaningful impact. Your work will directly support our in-store teams in delivering seamless consumer experiences.
What you\’ll get to do
- Coordinate new store openings, renovation projects, and store closures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders such as markets, retail operations, design, IT, and other relevant functions.
- Support the planning of retail operations projects such as new store openings and POS development across multiple markets, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear project roadmaps, RACI matrices, stakeholder maps, and change management plans to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain—to align projects with broader business objectives and integrate retail technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the consumer experience.
- Tailor project strategies to meet specific market demands and cultural nuances, while upholding global standards and ensuring brand consistency.
- Deliver projects within budget while optimizing resources to maximize impact and ROI. Coordinate the transition from project phase to operational store or system, ensuring clear and consistent communication with global and market support teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, inform decision-making, and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with the Global Retail team and global functions across the organisation to exchange insights, align on best practices, and integrate feedback from markets and corporate functions to enhance operational excellence
