Puig is a leading luxury fashion and beauty company with a portfolio that includes Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, and many more. This role is part of the Beauty Advisor team at the PEN Liberty store.
Responsibilities
As a Fragrance Specialist you will:
- Provide one-to-one extended fragrance consultation sessions to customers.
- Achieve sales targets while promoting Puig brands and creating a unique customer experience.
- Anticipate and exceed customer needs, fostering brand awareness and loyalty.
- Maintain store standards and support the overall retail performance.
- Stay current with industry and market trends to influence product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, preferably in fragrance, beauty or luxury.
- Enthusiastic and ambitious attitude toward achieving personal goals.
- Genuine love of people, relationships and sharing.
- Passion for products and the brand, with a keen interest in industry trends.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
