The Opportunity: We have an exciting role as Store Manager to join our Edinburgh team. The working schedule is full time, 5 days per week (37.5 hrs), Monday‑Sunday inclusive.
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the store, staff, merchandise and customer service; achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards; building highly motivated teams and coaching them to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies.
- Support the development and product knowledge of fragrance consultants.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and play an active role on the selling floor.
- Ensure all consultants provide the highest level of customer service and resolve customer problems quickly and effectively.
- Maintain correct staffing levels and execute cash control procedures.
