The E-commerce Executive supports the day-to-day running of the brand’s online store, ensuring a seamless, premium customer experience aligned with luxury positioning. This role combines website management, merchandising, analytics, and campaign execution to drive online sales and brand growth.
What you’ll get to do
- Website Management
- Own the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, ensuring all pages are fully functional, visually consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings, including imagery, pricing, descriptions, ingredient lists, and regulatory information.
- Build and maintain landing pages using CMS tool Shogun, ensuring a seamless and elevated user experience across desktop and mobile.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify broken links, outdated content, or UX issues, and coordinate fixes with developers.
- Ensure site compliance with legal and regional requirements (e.g. GDPR, returns policies, T&Cs).
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies across homepage, category pages, and product listings to drive engagement and conversion.
- Optimize product sorting, filtering, and on-site search functionality to enhance discoverability.
- Develop and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies (e.g. “routine building” for skincare regimens).
- Analyse customer browsing and purchasing behaviour to refine product placement and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all visual merchandising reflects the premium, clinical-luxury positioning of the brand.
- Campaign Execution
- Brief & Coordinate all on-site execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and editorial content.
- Build and schedule homepage takeovers, promotional banners, and campaign landing pages in line with the marketing calendar.
- Work closely with CRM, paid media, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and timing across all channels.
- QA all campaign assets before launch to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with brand standards.
- Support A/B testing of campaign elements (e.g. banners, CTAs, layouts) to optimize performance.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Content Square to generate actionable insights.
- Identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for growth, presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis with clear recommendations.
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes with data-driven insights.
- Customer Experience Optimization
- Map and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey, from landing page through to checkout.
- Identify and troubleshoot friction points such as high bounce rates, cart abandonment, or slow load times.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement improvements and new features.
- Ensure a best-in-class mobile experience, reflecting the high expectations of luxury consumers.
- Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform site improvements and enhancements.
- Inventory & Operations Coordination
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability aligns with demand and campaign activity.
- Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory risks, especially for hero products and new launches.
- Support order processing workflows and resolve any issues related to fulfillment, returns, or delivery.

- Familiarity with platforms like BigCommerce, Shogun, SAP, and Looker.
- A dynamic and results-driven self-starter with a highly commercially focused outlook.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the Luxury or Skincare industries.
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel).
- Ability to work proactively and effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent task and time management skills with strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
- An appreciation for brand guidelines and the ability to drive sales without the use of promotions.
- A collaborative, passionate and hands-on cross-functional team player.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent verbal and written English.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of UX/UI and online accessibility requirements.
