- Support content creator outreach initiatives by managing initial contact and follow‑ups with potential content creators and partners.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of creators, including contact details, status tracking, and communication history.
- Draft thoughtful, personalized outreach messages that align with brand positioning and creator values.
- Act as a warm first point of contact, ensuring creators feel respected, informed, and excited to engage with the brand.
- Coordinate with the Senior Social Media Manager on creator selection, priorities, and outreach strategy.
- Support the onboarding process for content creators by sharing briefs, expectations, and next steps.
We'd love to meet you if you have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in community management, social media, or creator relations (beauty, wellness, or luxury preferred).
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with creator platforms, social analytics, and basic CRM or tracking tools.
