The Opportunity...
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Business Manager at our Byredo Selfridges counter. You will be responsible for assisting the team, with the ability to assume store management responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, building motivated teams, and developing Fragrance Consultants to the next level.

- Previous experience in an Account Manager/Assistant Business Manager/Key Holder, or Assistant Store Manager role
- Experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury industry

- The ability to adapt to different promotions, product launches, or activities specific to the store
