The Opportunity…

This is a 2‑year graduate scheme working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager & Brand Manager. The Marketing Graduate will gain 360 exposure and experience in marketing and local adaptation of international brand vision. This opportunity will help you develop your marketing skills whilst getting a complete overview of the Byredo business, which spans fragrance, makeup, home, body, and fashion. You’ll gain exposure to an exciting brand and work across a wide range of marketing campaigns. The main mission of the role will be to support the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns and retail activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on the implementation of all key launch and category projects in accordance with the marketing calendar.
  • Lead regular omni‑channel competitor tracking & sell‑out analysis, presenting findings regularly to the team.
  • Co‑ordinate with cross function teams for campaign analysis of past launches & brand activity.
  • Be the main point of contact for Retail store marketing, managing store activation requests and marketing collateral (e.g. eventing, POS materials, animations).
  • Manage delivery of assets and copy for retailers and media agency, as well as any asset adaptations required.
  • Lead on updating key marketing documents and trackers with the latest information (e.g. marketing calendars, product assortment and price lists).
  • Maintain cross‑functional communication with various stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as orders, couriers, and budgets when required.

  • Curious and fast learners with a university degree, keen to gain experience in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in beauty, luxury, marketing, or communications is a bonus but not essential.
  • Passionate about beauty, luxury, and retail, with an entrepreneurial spirit and sharp organisational skills, looking to make an impact – this is your opportunity.
