About the Role
We are looking for a full-time team leader to join our Bicester Village team. The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the management team and acting on behalf of the Store Manager in his/her absence. The role covers all team members, merchandise and customer service elements and is responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining operational and merchandising standards, and building highly motivated teams. You will develop and increase brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and maintain store standards. You will achieve sales targets while promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Analyze available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies.
- Continuously motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service.
- Assist in the management of the client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact.
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Support and assist in team member training.
- Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in areas of staffing levels, risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
- Assist in all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in a niche fragrance, beauty or luxury environment.
- Experience as a Senior specialist or Team Leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised.
