As part of this investment, we are seeking a Trainee Property Field Manager to join and support our property auction team.
Pugh & Company has over 25 years’ Auction experience and are recognised as one of the UK’s leading auction houses. Unlike some auctioneers we sell all types of property on behalf of our clients, ranging from residential property to commercial premises, and industrial units – with some lots having a guide price as low as £1, all offered in our popular monthly online auction events.
Trainee Property Field Manager – Full Training Provided (Including Commercial Drone Licence)
Are you looking to take your first step into the world of property Auctions ? We’re offering an exciting trainee opportunity for someone enthusiastic, professional, and ready to learn. No prior experience required – just the right attitude, a full UK driving licence, and access to your own car.
As part of your development, we will fully fund your Commercial Drone Licence, allowing you to expand your skill set and play a key role in showcasing our property portfolio from the air.
About the Role
This is a customer-facing position where you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers. You’ll be providing access to a wide range of residential, commercial, and land-based properties across the UK – and helping present them at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and members of the public professionally and warmly
- Capture high-quality internal and external photos of properties and land
- Record internal video walkthroughs and drone footage (training/licence provided)
- Compare marketing details with on-site reality and highlight any discrepancies
- Act as a responsible keyholder, maintaining professionalism and integrity
- Be willing and able to travel – while most sites are in the North of England, travel across the UK will be required
