Established in 1844 and operating from over 30 offices throughout the UK, our people deliver expert advice and a comprehensive range of professional services to property owners and occupiers, businesses, and financial institutions. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver highly effective and innovative solutions for our clients.
We are looking to further grow our team and are seeking a friendly and well-organised professional to join our thriving Auction Admin team in Lowton, Warrington. You will work alongside our experienced team members in the property auction department. Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel is required.
Role and Requirements
• Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the property auctions
• Adhere to all current AML and GDPR guidelines
• Work closely with surveyors and clients in order to prepare properties for auction
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including solicitors to ensure the correct legal documentation is in provided by them
• Type and prepare documents, reports and correspondence
• Proficient in using computerised systems and software, including Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively whilst working to deadlines
• Excellent phone and email etiquette and communication skills
• Accurate typing skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
• Ability to manage own workload whilst also being an excellent team player
