Senior PPC Manager (Role onsite based in Dubai) in Northampton

At Puffy, we are looking for a hands-on leader & strategist who loves to personally architect and execute PPC campaigns at the most granular level. This is an opportunity to build the growth engine you’ve always envisioned, backed by a budget of over $1 million a month.

In this role, you will have complete ownership of the PPC lifecycle, from initial strategy to scaling and growth.

This level of end-to-end ownership requires a deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Pmax. Our approach is built on the leading edge of ad platforms—from mastering the latest AI in Performance Max to pioneering new bidding strategies. This role isn\'t about managing a strategy; it\'s about being the architect and builder of our success.

• You believe hands-on execution drives the best strategy. You seek this level of ownership because you know the most valuable insights come from doing the work yourself.

What You\'ll Bring:

• A proven history as both a strategist and a practitioner, with a portfolio of personally architecting, launching, and scaling campaigns from the ground up.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar PPC budgets and driving significant, measurable revenue for competitive e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Expert-level, tactical mastery of the modern paid search ecosystem, especially hands-on with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Pmax. You see beyond platform metrics and make decisions based on their direct impact on business outcomes.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performance PPC team.
