Role Overview

Puffy is a $1B+ Top 5 US direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand. We are seeking a data-driven Senior CRO Manager to take full ownership of on-site conversion rate optimization — someone who digs into the data, identifies where revenue is leaking, forms hypotheses, and executes optimization strategies that deliver measurable business impact across a high-traffic e-commerce site fueled by $2M+/month in digital ad spend.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work alongside an established three-person analytics team that owns data infrastructure and pipelines. Your job is to use the data they produce, layer in your own behavioral analysis (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis), and translate insights into high-impact A/B tests, UX improvements, and conversion strategies that move the revenue needle.

The Career Accelerator

  • Owning a high-velocity testing roadmap across a site with 100K+ monthly uniques and $2M+/month in ad spend driving traffic to it.
  • Diagnose conversion bottlenecks across the full funnel, from ad click through checkout, using GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings, then design and ship A/B tests that directly increase revenue.
  • You will build the optimization playbook for a billion-dollar brand, developing fluency across analytics, UX, copywriting, and statistical experimentation that takes others years to develop.

This pace energizes impatient high-performers. It exhausts clock-watchers. If you get frustrated when you are not learning fast enough, you will thrive here.

What Is In It For You:

This isn’t just another typical CRO role. This is your chance to become a true industry architect and here’s how:

  • Own the Revenue Engine, Not Just the Dashboard: You will own on-site conversion end-to-end, from diagnosing bottlenecks in GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to designing and executing A/B tests that directly increase revenue. You will operate at scale with the autonomy to prioritize, test, and ship.
  • Partner with the 1% Top 5 Mattress Brand in the USA: Work with Forbes Council Member CEO. Gain firsthand exposure to strategic decisions and high-velocity execution that drives a global brand. You will present directly to senior leadership including the CEO, where your insights will shape business strategy.
  • Embrace Radical Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world. We value output over hours logged and trust you to deliver from wherever you do your best work. Prefer an office? Our Dubai Internet City HQ is available — with 0% personal income tax, full relocation support, and visa sponsorship.
  • Sharpen a Rare, Compounding Skill Set: CRO at this scale, where you own the full loop from ad click through purchase, builds a skill set that compounds. You will develop fluency across analytics, UX, copywriting, statistical experimentation, and performance marketing integration.

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO and analytics within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment, with a proven track record of delivering statistically significant test winners that drove measurable revenue impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4), including custom exploration reports, audience segmentation, funnel analysis, and event-level data interpretation.
  • Expert-level experience with heatmap and session recording tools (Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Convert, or Google Optimize).
  • Strong understanding of statistical methodology for experimentation.
  • Deep knowledge of conversion and persuasion best practices.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and their direct impact on conversion.
  • Copywriting capability, particularly the ability to write and test compelling value propositions, headlines, and CTAs that drive action.
  • Proficiency in SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for self-service data analysis.
  • Experience operating at scale: optimizing sites with 100K+ monthly unique visitors.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent test programs with competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in the sleep, wellness, or comfort products industry.
  • Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, customer lifetime value analysis, or advanced segmentation techniques.
  • Background in performance marketing or paid media analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate research, hypothesis generation, and analysis workflows.

The Puffy DNA:

  • Be the Owner: We don’t hire employees; we welcome owners.
  • Execute with Urgency: We thrive in high-stakes environments.
  • Demand Excellence: We solve the hard problems that others can’t.
  • Be AI-First: Daily multi-turn AI conversations challenge your assumptions.
  • Go All-In: When the mission demands it, we rally as one team to cross the finish line.

Benefits:

  • Monthly performance bonuses (up to 25%).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) + Public holidays.
  • AI First organization with access to AI-native tool stack.
  • Remote First: Work from the comfort of your home office.
  • Option to work from our Dubai office with full relocation & visa support.
  • International team collaboration (14+ nationalities).
  • The Leaders Club: Opportunity for selection to an elite lifestyle transforming recognition program.
  • ‘We Are’ Champion: Monthly recognition program with gift vouchers and company-wide celebration for exceptional contributions.

The alternative is another year where your potential is capped and your optimization hypotheses die in committee.
