This role owns the CEO's entire personal and lifestyle operation — building elite provider relationships and using AI tools daily to research, validate, and execute at speed — built for someone with 2–3 years of principal-facing HNWI or executive lifestyle coordination experience who ensures every detail is handled before it's asked for.

You’ll be the connection point between vision and reality, orchestrating flawless execution and transforming requests into exceptional outcomes. You’ll proactively manage the CEO's personal life, build an elite network of service providers, and create systems that ensure their world runs effortlessly. This role is built on complete confidence and trust, empowering the CEO to focus on their primary business objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years of experience managing a principal’s personal life operations — including lifestyle coordination, personal travel, household management, or provider relationships for a private individual or family.
  • Proven expertise as a master researcher, able to quickly identify and vet high-quality providers, products, and solutions.
  • A resourceful problem-solver who thrives on challenges and finds solutions where others see obstacles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the polish to represent a CEO in all interactions with premium service providers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors or missed follow-ups.
  • Strong network-building skills and comfort interfacing with luxury and high-end service environments.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
