Role Overview: We are seeking an innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at the forefront of AI-powered e-commerce design. You will embed an AI-first methodology into daily design execution, using advanced generative AI tools to design exceptional user experiences that accelerate creative output and drive customer conversion. You will research, test, and integrate new AI design tools to keep our creative process at the industry's cutting edge.
The Career Accelerator: You will compress years of AI-native design mastery into months. You will ship more high-impact design experiments in your first year than most UX/UI designers ship in three. You will design systems that touch every customer touchpoint—product pages, checkout flows, conversational commerce, personalization modules—building execution instincts through sheer volume that takes others years to develop.

What You Will Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in web design, preferably from an e-commerce background.
- A strong portfolio showcasing shipped product work with a clear connection to business metrics.
- Expert Figma proficiency, including components, variables, and Dev Mode.
- Hands-on experience with modern GenAI design tools in a professional workflow.
- A demonstrable passion for the AI space with a proven ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate design rationale.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience designing chat or guided-selling flows.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and foundational SEO principles for e-commerce.
