What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content.
- Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering: An ability to guide AI to produce on-brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals.
- An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
