An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, committed and inspiring early years leader to join the Puffins team as Childcare Centre Manager at one of our Exeter settings.
We are seeking an experienced leader who is ready to take the next step in their career — someone who can motivate their team, nurture talent and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and families.
About the RoleAs Centre Manager, you will:
- Lead, support and develop a dedicated team
- Drive high standards of practice and care
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Ensure the highest quality of early years provision
You will need:
- A full and relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification
- GCSE Maths and English grades A–C (9–4) or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in early years and/or management / team leadership
- A genuine passion for early years education and boundless enthusiasm for providing an outstanding service to children and families
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous professional development
Salary: £33,000 per annum
