We are recruiting for roles commencing from August 2025. We are looking for an A Level Lecturer - Geography to join us at Pudsey Sixth Form College. We seek enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about teaching and learning and can inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
There may be scope for this role to be classified as a T4 Curriculum and Quality Specialist Teacher – this will be discussed with candidates at interview.
Our A Level Lecturer salary band is £29,638 to £37,525 and our T4 salary band is £37,525 to £40,993.
What You Will Do:- Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners.
- Be responsible for recording student progress, motivate and inspire students to achieve targets and develop their skills to enable progression.
- Reflect on what works best in teaching and learning to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Adapt curriculum delivery methods to maximise their effectiveness, including through the use of technology.
- Plan, prepare and develop effective schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching and learning resources including the development of online learning resources for identified modules.
- Deliver inspiring sessions across the curriculum.
