Thisrole is offered at 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.15am - 4.00pm,term-time plus five additional days. Thisis a permanent post following the completion of a successful probationary /induction period.
Weare looking for an Office Manager who:
- Ishighly motivated and organised with a strong working knowledge of effective schools'administrative systems.
- Canrespond to changing priorities with a proven ability to meet requireddeadlines.
- Hasexcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple taskseffectively.
- Is able to communicate confidently and appropriately with parents, colleagues andpupils and have a warm, friendly and empathetic manner.
- Has a flexibleapproach working in partnership with staff, pupils, parents and governors.
- Is proficient inGoogle and Microsoft packages and school management software (Arbor).
- Can undertakegeneral financial admin e.g. processing orders/invoices/cash handling.
