We provide design-led waterproofing and gas protection solutions, working closely with Architects, Structural Engineers, Developers and Contractors from the earliest stages of a project through to completion. The Role
We are continuing to grow and now adding to our team and seeking an experienced and commercially minded professional to join us in a field-based role. This position is focused on maintaining and developing strong relationships across the construction industry while delivering high-quality technical support and design solutions.
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for structural waterproofing and combines technical expertise with commercial awareness. Someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, identifying new opportunities and making a real difference on projects across the UK. You will play a key role in promoting our services, advising on structural waterproofing strategies, and supporting Contractors with clear, practical guidance on installation and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Developers, Contractors, Architects, Structural Engineers, and existing key clients
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts
- Produce detailed waterproofing proposals and technical specifications
- Deliver CPDs and technical presentations to industry professionals
- Provide Technical support to customers and our site support teams
- Interpret project requirements and recommend appropriate waterproofing and gas protection solutions
- Stay up to date with industry standards, products, and best practices
About You
- Proven experience in structural waterproofing is essential
- Be a self-starter and proactive in your methods
- Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, ideally including waterproof concrete and gas protection (e.g. gas membranes) in line with requirements under BS8102
- Experience delivering CPDs or technical presentations
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to write clear, professional technical proposals and reports
- Comfortable engaging with industry professionals
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development
- Able to quickly absorb and apply technical information
- CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) qualification
- Technical knowledge of concrete and concrete construction methods and detailing
- Experience in a specification-led environment
