*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby-room Practitioner to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to manage and communicate effectively with both children and parents. This role involves creating a safe, stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, ensuring their developmental needs are met while fostering a love for learning.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide high-quality care for babies in the nursery, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
* Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child\’s progress and daily activities.
* Manage daily routines, including feeding, changing, and nap times, in a calm and organised manner.
* Observe and assess children\’s development, documenting milestones and any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team environment that prioritises the needs of the children.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.

*Skills*

* Strong knowledge of childcare principles and early childhood education practices.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
* Leadership qualities to guide less experienced staff members when necessary.
