Alphageek scale D2C and FMCG brands on Meta, Google and email, for clients like Casio and G-SHOCK. Seven years in, they are changing how they work: AI takes the build, and the value left for people is strategy, judgement and taste.

This is the first hire for that model. You own a portfolio of 6 to 10 clients end to end and you are judged on two things: growing them and keeping them.

What you'll own:

• Growth strategy and roadmaps for each client, tied to revenue, acquisition and profit
• Direction across paid social, PPC and CRO, with measurement you can defend
• Creative direction: deciding what good looks like and what gets made
• The whole client relationship. No Client Success Manager, no one signing off your strategy
• Your own AI workflows, run through Alphageek's own portal, shared with the team

What you'll need:

• Deep in one of paid social, PPC or email, and hands-on across the others
• D2C or FMCG clients you grew and kept, with accounts at £100k+ a month in media
• AI in your work every day, and something you have built yourself
• Founder language: contribution margin, MER, LTV to CAC, cash
• The presence to own every client conversation, good news and bad
• Typically 6+ years in performance marketing

What you'll get:

£50,000 to £60,000 base plus a role-specific bonus on client retention, pod profit share and client growth. Realistic OTE £80,000 to £90,000. Fully remote, real autonomy, and the first seat in a new model.
