At PubMatic, weâre shaping the future of digital advertising â empowering retailers, brands, and agencies to thrive in an open, addressable commerce ecosystem. Weâre looking for a Senior Commerce Customer Success Manager to join our London-based Commerce team and lead strategic partnerships across Tierâ1 retail media networks. This is not a traditional execution role â you will operate at the intersection of commerce strategy, identity, and programmatic scale, helping major European retailers unlock the full value of their onsite data and extend it seamlessly into offsite activation. Youâll serve as a senior commercial lead and trusted advisor, ensuring partners deliver on committed budgets and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) while driving incremental growth through advanced identity and addressability solutions.
What youâll focus on:
- Strategic ownership of Tierâ1 commerce and retail media partners, driving commercial growth through crossâsell and upsell of PubMaticâs commerce solutions.
- Leading identity and addressability workflows, proactively identifying matchârate bottlenecks and collaborating with partners such as LiveRamp and InfoSum to maximise audience scale.
- Advising retailers on onsite and offsite monetisation strategies, including audience extension and advanced retail media activation.
- Overseeing delivery of highâvalue Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and providing âwhiteâgloveâ support for priority buyer activations.
- Analysing buyer performance to identify revenue leakage, remove spend blockers, and protect quarterly targets.
- Acting as the Voice of the Client to Product and Tech Ops teams, influencing roadmap priorities across EMEA.
- Supporting regional teams in navigating regulatory, identity, and technical complexities within the European retail media landscape.
Weâd love you to have:
- 5+ yearsâ experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years focused on Commerce or Retail Media.
- Advanced programmatic expertise, including deep knowledge of SSP/DSP mechanics and Supply Path Optimisation (SPO).
- Practical experience with identity graphs, RampIDs, clean rooms, and cookieless addressability solutions.
- Proven commercial track record managing highâvalue accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- Confidence presenting technical and performance insights to senior stakeholders and Câsuite contacts.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fastâpaced environment.
