Location: London / Hybrid / 3 Days in office

You will be pivotal in ensuring the successful planning and execution of a range of B2B events, including virtual, hybrid, on-the-ground, and hospitality events within the AdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B event marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • You’ll manage the event logistics; venue coordination, vendor management and on-site/on-line operations.
  • Manage event schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Liaise with speakers, presenters, sponsors, and participants.
  • Manage event registration, provide attendee support, and oversee check-in processes.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to boost event visibility.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and the preparation of post-event reports.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience managing B2B events.
  • Proven project management experience from planning to execution.
  • Exceptionally well organised and able to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, social media and various marketing/project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Canva, Highspot, LinkedIn, X or similar).
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
